Meet our Co-Founders

Warrick and Andrew first met while helping the Brunel Entrepreneur Hub set up its Incubator in 2021. After numerous online meetings, they discovered they only lived a couple of miles apart.

During their first coffee shop meeting, they talked about wanting to find a better way to help students prepare for the world of work and develop their employability skills. Over the next six months, they built the first iteration of Power | Influence | Change.

And the rest they say is history.

  • CO-FOUNDER

    Warrick founded Scandinavia Stories, specialising in creativity, communications, and change.

    He built online learning ventures at Pearson Education. 

    He learned do-it-yourself entrepreneurship as a musician.

    His first book, Red, White and Radical: What Organisations Can Learn About Change from the Rise of American Conservatism was published in 2020.

  • CO-FOUNDER

    Andrew Mossop founded The Training Ground, to help university students and young entrepreneurs develop their communication and entrepreneurship skills.

    Andrew spent 30 years working across most of the marketing disciplines for many of the world’s leading companies and brands. His career included setting up and running Quintessentially Events across Asia and founding Brilliant Events and LHK Media.

    As well as developing Power | Influence | Change, he enjoys running workshops and lectures at universities across the UK.
